    Default sleeving???

I'm wanting to get sleeves installed in a b20 block. Does anyone know what kind of sleeves i should go with and is there anywhere in Georgia that sleeves blocks? I'm not wanting to expensive either. I've heard AEBS sleeves are the best but they are pretty high. Anyone got any ideas?

    thanks.

Golden Eagle, ERL, AEBS are all good choices. There is no such thing as a CHEAP sleeved block though, so go ahead and forget that idea.
    Who knows?

Z0_o6: Yeah. I know they're not cheap and no such thing. I just know AEBS sleeves are like 1000. Im looking for around 700 to 800.

Street Expansion: Whats the name of the place you know of?

Main Stream Performance is a Dealer for Golden Eagle...I get all my blocks from GE through them. Call them up, you can either send ur block or just get a b18 or b20 block(same thing when sleeved) from them already sleeved. Costs more to do that though.

i paid 850 + shipping to get MY block sleeved from Golden Eagle. They sent My block back. No cores involved...... Talk to Robert at Golden Eagle. Didnt take that long either. The time that i was waiting for the block, it gave me time to reworked the head. But if you get it sleeved from them, send yuor pistons that you going to use so they can do the finishing hone to it. then its just install time from there!!!!!

i wouldnt let anyone do my final hone and bore that is 3000 miles from me unless you are telling them the clearances that you specifically want...because they are going to set it to the norm and i know for my power level, the norm aint good for shit.

everyone has their own way of doing things. i'm sure they would/will spec your cleareances to the cylinders the way you wanted it done. it worked out for me and my application.

My thing is that they charge more than needed...and on top of that....if it is wrong because they screwed up no matter how many times you told them the clearance...you get to pay for it...and it gets shipped to you...and then what? your out that money? Pay more to have someone else do it the way you want it?

They are good at what they do...just not my cup of tea for sure...letting someone i cant personally deal with face to face machine my shit.

Golden Eagle. Good shit. I'm about to get back in the game, and I'm getting close to start my new build, and I do believe its $850 plus shipping if you have you own block.
