    Default OFF set

So, if my stock front wheels are 33+ offset and 7.5 inches wide, and my new wheels are 24+ and 10 inches wide. this would push me 1.85 to the fender

I don't get what you mean.

Like I said, for the front 10" wide +24 will be some what aggressive. But for the rear, it's not.

A friend of mine is running 9.5 in the front and 10.0 in the rear and his car sits pretty nice with a 1.8 drop.

the car you posted from rimtuck is lowered far more than 1.8" ATK Designs is taking into consideration that you may be actually dropping the car like a real man should. lowering enables more room for everything. camber is a given when you go lower so that allows you to fit wider/lower offset wheels.
