    I usually use this.

    Stock Tire - 185/65R14 Tire 1 - 205/50R14
Section Width: 7.28 in 185 mm

Section Width: 8.07 in 205 mm
Rim Diameter: 14 in 355.6 mm Rim Diameter: 14 in 355.6 mm

    Rim Width Range: 5 - 6.5 in Rim Width Range: 5.5 - 7.5 in

Overall Diameter: 23.46 in 595.88 mm Overall Diameter: 22.07 in 560.57 mm

Sidewall Height: 4.73 in 120.14 mm Sidewall Height: 4.03 in 102.36 mm

Radius: 11.73 in 297.94 mm Radius: 11.03 in 280.16 mm

Circumference: 73.70 in 1871.9 mm Circumference: 69.33 in 1760.9 mm

Revs per Mile: 886.6 Revs per Mile: 942.4

    Actual Speed: 60 mph 100 km/h Speedometer1: 63.7 mph 106. km/h

Speedometer Difference: - Speedometer Difference: 6.293% too fast

Diameter Difference: - Diameter Difference: 5.93%

There's your specs. The one you are thinking about replacing it with is way too small.

Your best bet is a 205/60/14. You could get away with a 205/55/14 if you were low enough.
