Depends on the application with me. Usually, for a mildly built street car, I would just say do something up custom. Shouldn't need anything more than a 2.5" for a street car anyways. Run a high flow cat/test pipe to a N1 or Custom fabbed muffler. I prefer a custom down angled muffler any day. I just like the N1 muffler, but even if thats not your style.. anything thats not over flashy atleast.

Thats the down angled muffler design I was referring too. Tuck it up nice and clean.

I just hate the huge mufflers some people decide to run. Completely throws the car off balance. As far as brand, I stay away from the super cheap stuff. Qaulity is poor, of course, and I believe exhaust is something you do right the first time so it'll last and perform.

I also like the Buddy Club Spec II for a none DD car. Haha. Super loud but Ballin' IMO. Everything from Performance to Looks. Just a well built design, IMO.

ive had quite a few. borla was one of my faves on my civic, although i have flowmaster on her now. i did flowmaster b/c i always had that on my v8s. obviously is sounds good b/c everyone always rants and raves about how good it sounds. theyre dirty in the pic, but you get the idea.

ive had my first honda goin on a year. And i do agree with cheap mufflers, <fart cans>.. I first had a egay muffler, straight weld on of course. RICER ASS PISSED OFF BUMBLE BEE. is what it sounded like. i have a flowmaster muffler with a custom 2.5 from headers back. i might add angled is also very bad ass. Teggy just to low, in my town, to angle it.

Stock format, 2.5 piping, 2.5 in/out borla XSpower muffler, hollowed cat, 28inch resonator. Has a great sound and isn't heard at idle and is really quiet low-mid range rpms.

For my civic, 3" Full-Race downpipe into a 3" Thermal R&D stainless steel cat-back. Deep, nasty. Love it.
    Who knows?

My Focus has the slightly angled HKS Hi-Power catback on it and I love it. The Sol has some BBP shit on it now but will be taken off and Greddy TI-C or EVO2 will go in its place.
