    Default Can you bore the center hub on rims

    my friend got so 09 STI rims and he was putting them on his 05 Mazda 6 and the center bore is to small on the rims is there any way to make the center bore bigger or does he need to get spacer and lug extenders?

    it can be done. wheel repair places ought to be able to do it.

    Mini-truckers do this all the time. Common for running nissan titan/escalade wheels on smaller 6 lug trucks. i had mine done at a machine shop, but the router method works good. Just be sure on your measurements.
