new to boost question

i have an obd 2 d-series im about to boost. is it possible to boost it w/ out a CEL and still pass emissions? do i put one 02 sensor in the down pipe and the other in the test pipe? any help is appreciated.

ps: if i need to put this in general tech, let me know and ill move it.
