Default Oil pump (do you know the answer?)

See how many guys can answer this right!

I have ls/vtec build going on 99 b16 head and 98ls bottom end.
What oil pump is best? I've heard the 97^ type r is the best, because the others don't pump oil fast enough? True?

I know the answer, I wanna see how many of are ia friends know?
Reps for the right answer and smart ass comments for the wrong!
