oh, no, I'm not saying I'm going to fight it on that basis. I'm saying that, in keeping with the theme of the thread, maybe that's why I was singled out. But if I can at least prove that I was going with the flow of traffic and not being dangerous, especially after the tint ticket bullshit, it may prove that the officer was incompetent and I'll have a reduced fine or something.
