Do cops hate imports?

So is it illegal or a crime to be noticed? i could understand if he was driving funny like circling the neighborhood a few times .. or creeping threw real slow.. but just driving
come on.I cant count the times i have been pulled over on franklin road just for being on franklin road.(Cop said ) "Sir do you know you are in a known drug haven",And i said Well maybe you should go arrest the drug dealers. Because i just came from the Qt to i had to get gas....

I mean we weren't there he could be leaving part of the story out. I HAVE NEVER BEEN PULLED OVER, just because. I had an expired tag, I got pulled over. I was speeding, I got pulled over. I did something wrong all the times I got pulled over. Well if you watch cops you would see if your in a known drug area a lot of people get pulled over for being in the area..hold on..I am at work and sleep as fuck.. I know what I want to say but I am to sleepy to think of how to put it into words..
