I'm using a 215x40x17 tire, how much more sidewall do I need to make up for losing that inch of wheel? I don't want to go any lower, just want more wheel options.

So looks like I can go from 215x40x17 to 215x50x16 and actually be a smidge higher. Sounds good. Gracias seniors.
