    Here we go...

Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.

The Civette is not a swap, its a civic body cut and chopped and placed onto a corvette chassis. The J32 swap is much more straight foward, even has its own forum http://www.j32a.com/

The corvette suspension and interior parts were actually trimmed to fit the civic chassis....you got it backwards lol

The J swap cant be done without cutting a nasty hole in the hood though...looks like ass IMO.

You sure about that? http://ls1tech.com/forums/conversion...pical-car.html Civic - all cut up so the vette stuff could fit. He had to narrow the vette chassis as well.

Here's a quote from him - "and about the motor being to far back.......i used the entire vette drivetrain.......front suspension, steering, rear suspension minus the subframe......i narrowed it 4 inches to fit under the car.....i wasnt going to spend and insane amount of time modifying the torque tube....or trying to redo the front suspension geometry and steering.....it works just fine the way it is......and yes the car will actually have awesome weight distrubution.....and i am trying to have this whole thing done in a 4 month time period......only working on it from like 7 to 11 weekdays and on the weekends.....it is just a toy....it got my mind off of my divorce.....gave me something to do....."

One of the best J swap threads I've seen:http://honda-tekh.livetopic.com/thre...going-j-series

^^^ Hasport makes 2 different mount kits for the swap. The latter won't allow you to slam your car. Think of it, all that engine has to go somewhere. But I don't ride slammed so maybe a v6 swap would be fine for me lol.

I just found it on the j32 site. If that is your car in your sig it looks fairly low. They say at the lowest setting which is what i think it takes to stay under the hood...the engine hangs 4 inches below the subframe. Thats SO fucking close to the ground

Mine is only lowered 1.5" which is not low by Atlanta standards. But I'd rather cut a hole in my hood than risk crushing my oil pan.
