Any decent sized side pic of the car? I can't tell you how it'll ride, but visually speaking, I'd like to see how the front 14 and rear 15 look on the car. From the smaller pics in the sig I actually think the front of the car's fitment looks better (I'm not with the "stance", "slamed" or "hellaflush" movements) and I think that's a decent amount of sidewall, and it looks functional and comfortable to me. I'm going from 13s to 15s later down the road so maybe I'm a hyppocrite, but I just don't like really thin sidewalls. I will be going from a 60 series on the 13 to a 45 series on the 15.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

15's with 50 series all around

15's with 55 series all around

14's 60 series front and 15's 55 series back. these are the only side pics could find right now.

15's would be better just go with a 195 50. but if you have to have 45 its going to cost ya. the less wide the tire , it actually is a little less tall as well. reps for building a car thats alot less popular.

45's will ride like CRAP compared to a 50 series. btw

I never realized you had staggered wheels. I say either go all 15s on a 50 tire or all 14s on a 55 tire if you have the other two 14s.

    Looks good though homie.

    edit: 15s on a 55 tire I meant.

thanx it's been like this for like 3 years. i probably shouldn't put 14's on the back it'll super sink in the back. but i might try 55 tyre on 14's in the front.

although that statement is vague, a 50 to 45 profile difference can be drastic depending on the tire. I've found the more expensive Toyo Proxes4 do ride exceptional for a low profile wheel. In the name of performance, 15s. The arguement of 'weight' ignores performance of tires as well as the bigger advantage of a firmer, smaller sidewall. If you want comfort, 14s would help and give you access to cheaper, less grippy tires, a lot wider range, but 15s are definatly gonna help if you plan on doing ANY performance driving. Why are the 15s on the back and not the front? Put the 15s on the front as those are what is steering the car. More direct steering feel (albeit firmer). It really is performance verse comfort.

Do the 15s on a 45 series tire. That would be the shit! Seriously.

But do NOT do all black wheels. That would be just plain shit.

I put the smallest tire made on my car as well and look forward to getting them on the car to check it out. It seems that the smallest 45 series tire is a 225/45-15. That would be nice as fuck on there if you're wheels are wide enough to support them. Or you can do like the above mentioned and run the 195/50-15 and that would be the same size all around. Later, QD.

Gotta remember that 14s only allow for a certain sized brake setup. Brakes are a major reason for bigger wheels, so you can get bigger brakes in there. Big brakes and wide tires on lightweight cars are how we compete with the big american cars with all that power. then in the corners, brake late, corner around em, and leave those pony cars in the dust.
