That does seem to happen often. I bash Civics but I owned one with a K swap. Sure it was fun and all, but I just dont like FWD at all anymore. People like the bc of the mileage, reliability(which is often not there after mods), and supposedly cheap. It isnt as cheap as people try to make it out to be. It is just cheaper compared to other Japanese brands. Modding Mustangs seems to be a lot more reasonable with prices and you get better performance outcome.
