You could polish a turd, but it's still a turd. Raw steel when polished looks just like ..........................raw steel. It doesn't mirror finish if that's what you mean, and like already said, it will rust if you dont put a clear on it. But like I said you will just have a raw steel wheel with a little glossy shine.
