should i boost?

I got a 01 vw vr6 12 valve engine that's not in a car should I boost that engine, and if so do you guys have any recommendations ok how to go about it still new to cars and have never boosted before.

buy ebay kit and learn the hard way.....


or choose a nice turbo kit..... order it..... post pics...... and well start from there

you need to good find a friend that knows cars, otherwise you're gonna waste a lot of money..
