Uh Spoolin iirc precision just makes covers. They use garrett internals. A precision turbo just means whatever Garrett internals with their compressor or exhaust housing unless something has changed.

Precision makes their own center cartridges now. They are designed differently than Garrett turbos because precision was getting PISSED with all of the ball bearing failures. Precision makes their own air cooled shit, their own wheels, their own turbines, etc. .

they still use some of the garrett hardware though but not on their real performance turbos.
