I submitted mine. I think the fact that you took the time to do this shows that customer service is something you all take pride in. A lot of places really underestimate how important this is even when dealing with customers who may only spend a small amount of money or visit your place only once. People may not talk about all the good stuff you do, but they will tell everyone when you mess up or treat them like crap.
