Any body guys here?

I got in an accident a while back, like 4 months ago now, never took it to get quoted, haven't even driven it since. I wanted to know if anyone here did body work and could give me a rough estiment online, the car isn't insured nor does it have georgia tags, so it's not very easy for me to take it to a shop. Anyone's guess is better than mine, so don't be reluctant to take a shot at it.

The quarter panel is not folded under, there is a plastic trim peice that goes at the bottom, I just have it removed at the moment. Also, if welding a new panel would be better, let me know what you think that would cost if I provided the panel.

That is a easy fix. there is no need at all for a new panel to be welded in.
