    Default break in period???

    i'm installing an exedy clutch in my 98 civic(b16a-gsr tranny) for the break in period can i just get on the interstate and ride the fuck out or do i have to drive in the city where i'm shifting gears??? please let me know asap!!! thanks

    the exedy requires it to be broken in for 750 miles. I have a stage 2 kit and requires mostly street, but some highways. You should never break in a clutch just driving on highways.

    I have spoken with exedy and they say pretty much what 95boostedteg says, can't wait till I get mine put in

    thank you for the info...yeah exedy says 750 mile break in so if u live in ATL or east ATL you'll see me riding alot next week cause i'm ready to see what this jdm b16 can do but i got to get that break in period done cause that clutch and fidanza flywheel cost to much not to break in and fuck it up.
