    anybody used them or have any reviews on them?guy on ht is making 500hp with them.he said that they are basically like the d series vitara pistons just for b series.i was planning on putting some on eagle rods for abt half the cost of a forged setup in my ls.just wanted to see what some folks thought.thanks in advance for all feedback

    I have some brand new nippon racing 75mm pistons for a D series....$50 firm...theyre like 500 brand new
    I asked a girl if i could buy her a drink, she said I have a boyfriend, so I said, well i have a goldfish, she said what? I replied, oh I'm sorry I thought we were talking about shit that doesnt matter.

    na im a bseries guy....but i was just gettin reviews on people who might have used them....and negative ghost rider they are a 160 shipped hope you didnt pay 500...lol

    they are a cast hypertectic...(spell check).... piston..... they are ok to be honest.....

    i have heard nippons are ok in boosted apps but...... 500 is a bit over the top.

    cast pistons tend to crack in big chunks..... i have seen where people have really destroyed them using nitrous.

    they are just a bit more brittle and do not have the uniform structure a forged piston does...... so..... below 400 i say your safe.... but who am i

    I have a customer that used them in his H23vtec high comp all motor setup. The first set broke in about 2 months and the second set lasted about 3 months. They were cracking ringlands on a all motor setup. We put in a set of Mahle's and it has been fine for a while. Only real experience with them.

    I had a set in an all motor B18C5 setup with 11:1 comp. The last I heard they had about 12K miles on them and still running good cause I sold the car, but I have no idea about boosting them....
