yeah Rob! i never got to see the car! it met its fate though......a tree fell on his garage and smashed it....almost all is still salvageable though and he will be putting the FE3 into his new yata he picked up!

as far as the V6 swap in a miata! the way i think about it, if people can successfully cram a LS1 all the way to a LS6 in the miata, i can fit that V6.......just gotta mate up a trans!

he is one the local miata forums alot....i think he is an engineer! smart dude none the less.

i think what he did to do the swap though was uses the FE3(jdm) motor, mazda b2000 bell housing and RX-7 gear box, and a lot of fab work!

you can get the FE3 here but it comes in a KIA in the US, overseas it comes in the MX6 i think........
