    im sorry maybe an opinion but i see nothing "clean" or "tight" about a stock looking car lowered on stock wheels

    No one's really talking about what's clean/tight in this thread. They're talking about what is/isn't considered rice in they're opinion. And stock rims cant exactly be considered rice, unless they're painted certain colors.
