I guess i am guilty too. I posted thread about IS-F, talk about E39 M5, but drive a FD RX-7 TT, and WRX/STI mutt lol.

Mostly it's opinions that are people are looking to get on something they aren't sure about. They'll still do what they want to do, but opinions makes them feel better about the mistake or good decision they are about to make.

There's always research involved before buying the car. I was pretty close to buying a E39 M5 year and half ago then put the money in Liqour Store so didn't. I posted threads on BimmerForums asking about pros and cons. I did the same before i bought my FD on rx7 forums, it helped.

I almost bought an e39 2 years ago but i straight up bitched out. Bought another house instead so I can relate.
