When I think clean, I just think of wok that is done at an OEM level. Even a well preserved completely stock car is clean, so long as the install of any parts, is done to the spec of quality that the manufacturer installs things like lights, body panels, and such. This still means you can have an after market lip, retrofitted HID projectors, tinted tail lights with LED bulbs, a drop, good fitment wheels etc. and stand out and be your own in the car community) but somebody who doesn't know what that car looks like stock could still think it is a factory trim level in some sort, and it is well preserved and not dented, scratched and dinged to hell etc.
Just how I think of it.
