Thread: HUGE IDLE PROBLEM.

    did you pop an intercooler pipe? Check your MAF. Also, check your turbo to manifold bolts like someone else previously mentioned. Sounds like a simple problem whatever it is.

    Trust this man hes a DSM guru. But also if your not running a MAF-T or any kind of speed density setup your BOV needs to be recirculated back in to your intake pipe. Hopes this helps

    I have tuned a number of cars that idle perfect with an atmospheric Bov on mass air set ups. Is it ideal? Not really, but it can work just fine. You might get the occasional stall now and again on drive by wire cars, but it will not cause it to run stupid rich unless it is broken and venting when it should not be.

    You atleast need some kind of speed density setup to vent the BOV into the atmosphere. Doesn't work too well on the 1g and 2g mas setups. But it could just be a major boost leak
