I have had a few and have also tested a few good bolt ins. I have yet to find someone in GA that can build a decent cage in less than 6 months, without a checking account raping. All 3 of those cars have 4130 cages, not el cheapos. Archer Racing built the Talon Cage. But when it comes to needing to do bodywork, or get at harnesses and what not, I prefer bolt-in most of the time. I put an ITS A2 16V car on the roof at Nelsons and it was fine with an Autopower.

Besides, I don't crash cars anymore.......

If you don't crash you're not fast.

Bolt in isn't even legal anymore, not to mention most off the shelf cages are a bitch to get in and out of with the bars in front of the dash. I can name three places in GA who do amazing cage work and the price isn't that bad, you get what you pay for with cages.

Bolt in is still legal in SCCA and ECTA..........thats what I race........

This car passed tech for 09 and will for 2010. Texas mile doesn't even require a cage.
