I like the ssqv on my itr

I have dual blitz ones on my 240 which I don't like as much

I like the r2d2 one though - I think power enterprise makes it?

i run an hks and love it. i prefer quality over all so id rock one that said "im gay" between gears if i was convinced it would never leak. as far as sound goes thats personal pref (the rfl and hks both hurt my ears with the windows down, my only complaint)

LOL... Don't get me wrong, I am a huge HKS fan. Just not with their BOV's. How is it quality if you're getting compressor surge and it leaks? Is it high quality because it will do that for as long as you own that BOV? As an added bonus, it hurts your ears when the windows are down... Sounds like a well-built winner to me.

not really sure what your talking about...... ssqv's are notorious "fluttlerdumpers" they bounce open and closed to make that neat sound that only they make...... which is what alot of people are calling compressor surge.......... but they are kinda wrong calling it that.

the best bov is a synapsis...... but they are expensive. or any kind of piston or swing valve bov is the best..... they are simply on or off.

heres an example of compressor surge....... nothing to do with a bov what so ever....

i missed where i complained about compressor surge and leaks? im not saying an hks wont leak under any circumstances (as hks would lead you to believe) but i disagree that its prone to. as for compressor surge i have seen no evidence of this, period. if an hks fails to open so is any other unadjusted bov.

there are plenty of other good bovs out there i just happen to like my hks. but i disagree with that whole post..except about my ears, it is really high pitched

The reason the HKS makes the noise it makes it because its causing compressor surge, when it flutters open an close to make that SSQV noise what do you think happens to all that compressed air when it opens and closes again? I have been running an eBay knock off Greddy Type RS for about 1.5 years with no issues, that is my suggestion.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.
