    Default Turbo Calculator

It is not perfect, but it gives you the ability to see where in the efficiency range of various turbos your motor will fall at various hp levels.

All you need to do is insert the size of the motor, the air fuel and the hp goals.

Well, if you punch in the displacement and general idea of boost and air fuel, it can show where various turbos are for your car. Basically you want the little line it draws to be right in the meat of the compressor map. If it is, you know you have a turbo that would be well sized for your car. If it is below the meat, it is too big for your hp goals, if it is above then it is too small.

Even those that just want to slap a turbo on a motor not designed for it, lol, it can be a good site. You can size the turbo to the boost level for your motor. I really think it is a good little tool. I just wish they would update it to more of the new turbos on the market and especially the Bullseye Power Borg Warner turbos.

i used gt42r and borg s300 and my "red line" was always way before the map or right at the beginning of the map so i dont know what kind of crazy formulas they are using.

its also saying i would need 46 psi to meet my 800hp goal lol. I do more than that with 12 less PSI

Ya gotta make sure you adjust all the variables. I have found it to be a pretty good resource.
