Peak and Hold are low impedance injectors, meaning they operate off of ~1-4 ohms and require a resistor box. Saturated injectors are high impedance, meaning that they operate off of ~10-16 ohms and do not require a resistor box. If you are going to turbo your engine, you will most likely be using low impedance injectors, because most high CC injectors are peak and hold. If you are not expecting more than 350 whp, you will probably be fine with DSM 450 cc's. But if you will be around 300-350, you will be running a very high duty cycle. You can find a resistor box on almost all older model fuel injected Hondas, and can use it with the DSM's. It is simple to wire, you can find instructions online.

i dont really mind what i get......

im looking at the precision 580's (low impedence 2 ohm) and 630's details are.....

These are Siemens Deka 630cc high impedance (saturated) injectors (no need for a resistor box). Run like new (used only about 10,000 miles, no racing). Ran them for 2 years (80% load MAX) on a turbo Honda S2000.

O-rings should be replaced to avoid leaks (available at any Honda dealer or autoparts store).

Will fit many other Honda/Acura vehicles. Price is for all 4 matching injectors (Siemens 107961)

Wide Angle spray pattern (ideal for multivalve heads)

    Static Flow Rate: 60.56 lb/hr = 668 cc/min = 458 g/min (+/-6%)
    Dynamic Flow Rate 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz @ 600KPa: 19.5 mg/pulse (+/-6%)
Coil Resistance: 12 Ohms (This high-impedance injector will work with all factory ECM/PCM injector drivers)
    Gain: 0.11ms/mg
    Offset: 0.055ms
    Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms
    Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa
    Spray Pattern: Cone (4-Hole)
    Connector: Minitimer (Bosch EV1)

what should i get and how much hp will these support

It really depends on the tune, but should be over 350 to the wheels on those injectors on a front wheel drive. On the Subarus and Evos we use 565's to around 300 whp but Subarus have a much higher drive train loss and like to be run rich.

the 580's are good on a honda to 350ish @ a good duty cycle. the 630's 400-450ish. if they are the same price i would go w/ the 630's if they are saturated and are plug and play...less to deal with wiring wise and lower duty cycles @ the same power levels.

+1 lower injector duty cycles is always a good thing! On my personal car I ran 820's when only 650s were needed just for that extra head room if I decided to expand....course now with my new build I am going to have to upgrade to 1000cc injectors and up the fuel pressure to push them up to 1400cc injectors in order to run E85 with a BIG turbo. Course I am also shooting for high 400's at the wheels.

I know as a tuner, unless you go ridiculously big, the size of the injector being a bit larger than needed is no problem at all and gives you the ability to expand later without having to go out and buy new injectors.

The injectors you buy will also make a big difference. The new Bosch 1000's are 100x better than some of the previous options on the subarus and Evos and will idle better than stock!

that's why i went with the ultimate racing top feed 1000cc injectors on my subaru- headroom. i think right now they are only running at a max duty cycle of like 65% lol!
    Who knows?

If you want a high capacity injector over 750cc, i recommend Injector Dynamics.

They have a 1000cc SATURATED injector and a 2000cc SATURATED(YES SATURATED) that is capable of up to 3700cc of fuel supply at 130psi fuel pressure, WHILE IDLING LIKE STOCK STOCK ON A BONE STOCK ENGINE.

They are on my switch to list for the future.
