and he is trying to tell me, he has a built ls/vtec (gsr head) that will be layin down 380hp no spray. and over 500hp with a 125shot. 12:1 comp. ys1 trans. i'm trying to tell him that kinda of power out of a all motor honda is damn near impossible without boost.

so, 380hp n/a honda? confirm or deny. cause i'm leaning way towards deny.

edit, just out of curiosity. what is the current standing record for the highest n/a honda? spray? and fastest 1/4?

DENY. Vteckidd's motor was putting down like 240hp (don't quote me, 230-250, I know that's a big jump, but it's NO WHERE close to 380)

While we're on the subject of LS/VTEC, are there any NA ones running 12 second quarters?

I'm guessing no b/c it would take 350+ to run 12s no?

lol, leave mustang world. We're talking in a 2600 pounds vehicle at most, probably with a SHORT ratio'd transmission... 12's easy on a mild built LS/VTEC with decent traction and driving. 200whp in a honda can get 12's.
