    Default Sti turbo build

Thought I would share some pics of a recent project we completed. It's still a work in progress, but it has been fun.

Still some last minute things to finish up, but it's been a fun little project.

Until he goes stand alone, it's going to have to be MAF. The turbo is capable of around 750 hp on pump gas, or around 600 at the wheels on an all wheel drive vehicle. With the current heads and cams we won't see that.

specs on engine build? i know a stocker won't hold up too long at those power levels. he definitely needs to look into a stand-alone, they are SO worth it! just hated losing cruise control though....

He is worried more about emissions and keeping the car street legal. As for the build, forged aftermarket rods, forged pistons, race bearings, etc. He just did not get into the heads.
