    Depends on the track, and the length of the straights. In the turns the S2K should kill the cobra because of it's 50/50 weight distribution. We had a new Mustang GT at one of our S2000 track days, and it couldn't even hang with stock miatas. Not even close. I realize there is a little HP in the GT and Cobra, but HP is not everything. You have to think about HP to weight ratio.

    weight distribution means nothing. and your new mustang GT driver was new to the car. you cant compare vehicles with different drivers. unless you compare the vehicle and the driver.
