    Default Steelies.

My browser, isn't liking google tonight, and I hate Yahoo, and bing.

So, I like a mildly low offset, just not flush with stretched tires. I'm also a huge fan of steelies.

Can somebody tell me, or google for me, how to make my steelies a low offset?

Also, can I do it with out going TO far, Can i go like, a +20 or something?

Edit: I can do grinding, welding, and balancing If i have to actually remove the centers of the wheels. I'm assuming, that if I can actually do my steelies, tahts what I'll have to do.
