Honda Rant...

I know you can make good numbers on a Honda and they offer a great bang for the buck, I've always said that and stuck up for their performance potential...BUT..they are so boring to look at lol, and nobody has one different then the others that I have seen yet, at least not THAT different.

Keeping it "tasteful" is very easy, but to Honda owners tasteful is the exact same thing...Rotas...lip...drop...the end.

Shit man I feel you...I own a hatch personally and I'm taking my time on it trying to get real parts and whatnot. Yea, it might look about the same as the others, but without cheap chinese shit all over it. I have a few ideas for my own little twists, but I will admit I'm mostly into the clean and simple look for these cars, it just seems like the best way to go for me. Imo as long as you're building your car the way you want it built nothing else really matters but the time and effort.

Yea, it might look about the same as the others, but without cheap chinese shit all over it. you kinda contradicted your self with the "true. " so the guy you left that comment for has a honda and just because he is using "real part's" his car is ok. by "real part's" i am sure he is referreing to "jdm". fake parts or real, they still look the same. i agree with you on the "GAYDM" trend. i like to see a civic with a body kit as long as its dont right. something different can be a good thing. i had my hatch with a oem front w/fog's and a lip and got tired of looking like every other civic so i bought a real C-WEST front. some liked it and some didnt. i didnt get all butt hurt over the ones that didnt because i bought it for me.
