Default Need tire opinions. Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec

I am about to replace my RE070s on my STi and i have chosen these. I want a 225/45/R17

Nasioc tirerack mod rated them #1 in a comparison and CarandDriver magazine rated them better than the expensive Michelin SP2 in a comparison of 9 tires. I am moving to Florida soon so the big thing i liked is they are pricing out be a lot less than the Re070. In the $100-$125 zone.

Here is the links to both articles.

    What do you think?

Is it the Advan Neova AD08? I want a tire that will also last me longer than the RE070. I currently have a treadwear of 140 and the Dunlop is 200 so it should last a little longer.

I have not been able to visit the track in some time and i doubt i will when i'll be in school. Are the Advans overly track oriented? The Dunlop i have read about are good in both wet and dry conditions (which i'll need in Daytona) but are consider good daily tires. Im not at all concerned about a rough ride or tire noise so that is a non issue.

The things i need from my next tire are to be cheaper than the RE070, have ok grip (not super glue), and last longer than the RE070. In the last year and a half, i've been pretty conservative in my driving so that is why i am still looking at performance tires vs all season in terms of how long they last.

Thanks for the reply and sorry about the hand.
