    I think it is a sell-out by VW. VW knows that their diesels are greener and more efficient than hybrids, but hybrids are more popular in the US. Kinda disappointing to me. I hope it does well, though, since I am a Porsche/VW/Audi fanboy.

    i feel kinda the same way. i think they have a good concept on what they are trying to achieve but as far as being able to sell it. i don't think it will make it big.

    wait wait wait.

    Don't they have a commercial where they are making fun of a guy for buying a hybrid instead of some TDI?

    Mine really dosn't leave the garage. People across the street think it is a tool bench.
