    what is the best way to rebuild a ls-vtec...i am wanting to go all motor....

    Make sure you replace most if not all of your gaskets for the rebuild. They have kits on inlinefour.com. Now since you are going to go building this thing you need to do your research. Google is one of your best friends for this process. I'm sure people will have links posted in here soon enough.

    1) disassemble old stuff

    2) put new shit inside

    3) reassemble that shit

    PS: you will probably need some tools and such.
