I think it completely depends on the headlights themselves. There are some stock looking ones with halos and those look good and then there are god awful looking headlamps with them. So I say if you have them on your car and it looks stock, then they look good. However, most cars look stupid with them because they have cheesy headlamps to start with.
My buddy has some black housing angel eyes on his civic and I think it looks good.. I've also seen them on preludes...not so good

You're taste levels are by for some of the worst imaginable.
Get a QUALITY set of headlights instead of cheap ebay shits and it wont be rice.
I don't think it's rice but why not just save the money towards a turbo kit (or anything else related to performance) for the KA.
