Feeler cars are ultra rare, most people will never see one in real life. They've been customizing cars in Japan for decades and are well known in the underground street racing and drift scene. They have a shop here in America too and they just opened a sister company named Testing Waters who's specialty is mainly euros but they'll work on others as well.
