    Please explain, "sponsor young researchers working on projects dedicated to technological innovation". What does that mean?! I'm a young researcher...can I get sponsored? lol!

    I kinda skimmed through that without looking too much into it.

    I do know that Ferrari has its own mechanical and engineer schools for Italians that want to work for Ferrari but i don't think this pertains to them.
