    Default anybody ever deal with this before???

    So i just bought this car and when i went to go get the tags apparently I wasn't able to because it had an abandoned stop. I have no idea what it is or what to do about it. Has anbody had this happen before? I have the title, emissions, and everything so i have no clue where to start. Any idea's?

    well check the basics frist homie. Check for spark, fuel, fuel pressure! Last time my car cut off and left me on side of the road it was the mass air flow sensor.

    What kind of car, and where did you get it? Was it an auction? The car was probably abandoned at some point. Either at a shop, or on the side of the road. Some tow yard either auctioned it to you, or someone else that sold it to you. There is paperwork that has to be filled with the state that says the original owner was contacted, and had 90 days to settle the charges to take back possession of the car.

    Is there a lien on it? Did you get it from a tow company, insurance, or repair shop? You most likely bought the car from someone that didn't pay a dime for it.

    You need a MV603 release form on it.
