    you fail to realize that the mustang gt weights 800lbs more than the S2000. That, and the close gearing of the S2000 makes it a lot more of a fair race than you would think considering the hp difference.

    300hp in a 3540lb Mustang GT (basic options)= 11.80lbs/hp

    240hp in a 2756lb S2000 = 11.48lbs/hp


    Although neither compare to the 3132lb Z06 Corvette with 505hp, which equals 6.2lbs/hp lol.
