you dont need anywhere close to 700 whp to run 10s. i would say you are right in saying that you need 20k to make 700 whp. but yes, you can run 10s with 10k, EASY. rlz, who built my motor, is running 10.2 @ 142 with a b16 and a t4 60-1. and that was on PUMP gas. made just over 500whp.
