If you're carbon fiber hood is heavier than stock, you got ripped off. CF hoods are usually a lot lighter, but most ppl get them for visual effect, which there is nothing wrong with that. you do know the carbon fiber hoods everyone gets arent 100% carbon fiber right? they are fiber glass hoods with layers of carbon fiber material on top or bottom...sometimes both...amatuers!!!!!!! your a rich bastard if you can afford a custom 100% carbon fiber hood.......but...why would you need one anyways..
