pegged out the speedo at 160 in my 04 cobra, with every bolt on imaginable and a 2.93 upper and 6lb lower pulley. Was tuned and also had a 75 shot. Stock Speedo limiter is removed from the tune so who knows, probably going a little past 160. Everything on the car was done at Modular Powerhouse in Marietta
