    Default need new turbo,what size..

need to get rid of my laggy t3 Ebay turbo that hits full boost 1500k before my 6500 redline.
    Looking at Garrett turbos.

My goals are 250+whp on stock block/internals *2.3L,Accord;F23
Wanting quick spooling with better powerband.

Looking at the T3: 57 trim or 60 trim.
both have: flow: 53 lbs/min 678cfm . A/R HOUSING Available .48/.63 STAGE 3 WHEEL oil lubricated centersection. supportable of 475whp!

what trim and what A/R housing should I go with?
    Thanks

What engine? I assume an Accord but Year and Engine would help. Other mods would also help like injector size, fuel pump, stock ecu, hondata, standalone? FMIC?

    precision 440cc injectors
    AEM EMS
    walbro 255 fuel pump.

With only 440 injectors I would not go bigger than a T3/T4 Garrett with prob no more than 8 or so psi on the stock block. Also should get a better fuel pump. I'm not a Honda pro but I do know a little about Turbo cars in general. If I'm wrong someone jump in. I just know to run a T3 or a T3/T4 on my car I need at least 650cc injectors, but to get up to 15 or more psi I really would need 750's or possibly 850's That is on a DSM but cant imagine it would be that much different. T3/T4 50 trim is bad ass though.

6500 redline? I say .57 trim in a .63 ar ... but if you wanted faster spooling and less topend do it in a .48

or you can go .48 and two 38mm waste gates (or one bigass one)

Two wastegates is not at all necessary for what this guy is trying to do. One external 38mm wastegate would do just fine, or even an internally gated turbo would do fine. In his case, I would go with the .48 A/R for quicker spool.

The turbo I am running is a T3 Hifi 60, ball bearing, with stg5 or 6 internals, it has a .48 exhaust housing (same as my old super 60) but a bigger compressor housing, and internals... It makes 260+ wheel at 9-10psi. and it spools faster than my old super 60, you can check out my graph in the mspi tuned section...

Here is the difference in the exhaust side T3 super 60 w/ stg 3 wheels, and the New T3 Hifi 60 w/ stg 5 wheels

I can get the 57trim or 60trim in a stage3 wheel..so 57 trim with a .48a/r should be what I'm looking for? Or will the 48 just spin tires n crap

the smaller the exhaust side, the faster the spool time, which is something you are looking for....also wheels affect that ...

But will the smaller ar effect my power? Will it have power till I shift or fall on its face after 5k or so?

I would think a .48 would fall off somewhat compared to a .63. But the benifits of a faster spool is more then worth it

If you are worried about spool time, then get the .48 A/R. Since you are only running up to 10psi, do not worry about the .48 A/R dying off in the upper RPM range.
