No they are pieces of shit, I say you just buy a motor swap.Or get a newer integra, other than that I say you just spray upon the d16a1 and run it until it blows.

as for motor parts, a lot of jdm dohc zc or usdm dohc zc parts fit your motor as well. so if you happen to find any performance parts for those two, they will most like fit yours as well.
The exhaust manifolds for SOHC D series will fit, so you can get a header for it, or boost it with a SOHC D series kit. A few companies make cams for them. Rods and Pistons can be interchanged with SOHC D16 ones like eagle, srp etc. Cometic makes MLS headgaskets for them.

the bottom end can hold 400hp but i cant find what to put in it
i got a xs power t4 and wastgate i also have the intercooler and pipeing
and BOV but i want motor first
