Default Firebird Trans Am exhaust sound

Whats the cheapest way to make a firebird sound mean, loud and nice at the same time.

I Heard electronic cutout valves were the best solution.

    Any other options?

Yeah you could straight pipe it... but then it will just sound like a straight piped LS1. If you really want it to sound genuinely mean, and have the bite to backup all that barking, then you have to put the work into it, and by work I mean cash lol.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

Straight pipes sound like crapola and so does cut outs, the only reason for cut outs is if you are running at the track

I think this is the best bet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vqjz_...eature=channel

pacesetter LT's, Pacesetter Off Road Y pipe and Flowmaster 1 Chamber Muffler.

I priced it, its around 750.

    or this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kHqg...eature=channel

the second one is cheap but it also sounds cheaper. I'm so lost when it comes to getting the right exhaust for cheap

You can never really tell with videos on YouTube. Nearly all the videos sound like shit. I'm sure they sound different in person.

Dude I have flowmaster for this car I'll sell you for $20, how'bout that?

The tips are bent but you can just have your tips welded into it.

long tubes, electric cutout followed by bullets and dump before axle ftw!

they sound nasty running open cutout on LTs but draws alot of mostly unwanted piggy attention. so i would still definately rock a somewhat legal exhaust....wait a second yall still have inspections in ga right? can you dump before the axle? i know its illegal in sc but without inspection theres no real enforcement of it
