Floridaboy, HatchHero, myself, and many others have all used the GM sycromesh friction modified in my B-series tranny,H-series and fixed a serious grind like literaly 4 of the gears were grinding and even the honda manual tranny fluid couldn't do shit....highly reccommended when its your last resort better gambling $20-25 for a fluid that may save you $500-600 to open up the tranny and start replacing shit, use it if it grinds, if your tranny does not grind just leave it alone IMO

Correction, convert to this fluid the first week you buy your car to PREVENT issues from occurring instead of using it to cover them up.
