Default What's the best sized piping to run on a b16 with bolt-ons?

Hi, I'm currently rebuilding my EM1 and was wondering what sized piping for the catback would be the optimum in terms of power? All it has so far is a whale penis, and soon to be a 4-1 JDM header. thanks!
